How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

2. Follow the on-screen steps to request a refund.

After the 30-day period

After the 30-day window, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals, and you will retain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
